Tina and Amanda
Tina Louise (born Tina Louise) is an American writer, singer and actor well-known for her character Ginger Grant in Gilligan's Island. Her stage career began in the mid 1950s when she appeared in Two's Company, a Bettle-Davis musical. After that, she acted on Broadway for a number of productions until 1957 when Li'l Abner became huge at the National Theater. In the same year, she released Her first album, It's Time to Tina. Louise made her debut in Hollywood as God's Little Acre a drama that was released in the year 1958. She performed the role of Griselda who was a character from the movie. As students of Lee Strasberg, she attended the Actors Studio New York. The year 1964 saw her signing with CBS and played Ginger Grant. Louise was able to balance her acting career between Broadway TV and Hollywood playing more serious roles as opposed to her perception of herself as a glamorous woman. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1, and Helen Magnus on Sanctuary. In the last few years she's also been a popular director for well-known television series such as Supernatural and The 100. Born on 28 August 1965, in Essex. At the age of three, her family relocated her to Toronto where she lived in the city for her entire childhood. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver in Canada following her choice to play the lead.
