David-Muir

David Muir (born August 25 1949) is an American journalist, anchor and reporter. The most famous of his work is for World News Tonight. His show with its dramatic video footage celebrity gossip as well as his witty gestures have been voted the top broadcast in America. Made In America is his Emmy award-winning program. The show's predecessor Diane Sawyer was the anchor of ABC World News Tonight before taking it over. ABC News has broadcast many specials in primetime, one of them being Breaking Point Heroin in America. He's traveled to numerous locations around the globe reporting the news. from Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti, and the Gulf of Mexico. He's been awarded numerous Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards as well as numerous distinctions and awards of and the Associated Press.
